Tuesday June 3, Dua Lipa set the Ziggo Dome ablaze with a spectacular performance that will echo in Amsterdam's memory for a long time. With no photo pass but a very small camera in hand from the tribunes, I captured a show that was nothing short of electric — and trust me, even from a distance, the energy was undeniable.
For two full hours, Dua delivered hit after hit, blending old favorites with tracks from her latest album. From “New Rules” to “Training Season,” every song had the crowd on its feet. She didn’t just sing — she gave it her all. You could feel the intensity. And when she hit those emotional notes, it felt like the roof of the Ziggo Dome literally lifted.

Midway through the show, Dua surprised the entire arena by singing the classic Dutch hit “Bloed, Zweet en Tranen” by André Hazes — entirely in Dutch. The crowd went wild. The roof nearly blew off the Ziggo Dome as fans erupted in cheers, singing along word for word. It was one of the night’s most unforgettable moments, followed by minutes of thunderous applause and a standing ovation that shook the arena.
The production was next-level: a massive stage setup with a long catwalk extending far into the crowd, ending in a large circular stage that gave fans across the arena a close-up experience. Surrounding her were a powerful crew of dancers who brought choreography that was as sharp as it was infectious.
The sold-out crowd — over 17.000 fans — danced, sang, and screamed along, turning the Dome into a sea of lights and movement. From my spot up high, it was breathtaking to watch — a reminder of just how powerful live music can be.

Even without a photo pit, this was a show I had to capture. Because sometimes, when a pop star gives it everything she has, it doesn't matter where you're standing — you're part of something unforgettable.
